Before and during/after. Yeah, finally getting some bumps on my arms :D
Going back home in 2 weeks. Gonna meet all my aunts. All they care about is loosing/gaining weight(they all got a little extra). I need to look stunning. Ready set RUN!
Today was the last day of my gym membership. So now im without a gym for at least a couple of months(probly gona join my bf a few times). But im gona try be good with running, and do some body weight strength exercises.
Today i did:
shoulder press
a little bench press with dumbells
hammer curls
reverse hammer curls
triceps holding weight behind head, lifting up and down
tricep “rowing”?
compound row
leg extention
plank with legs on ball
opposite plank with legs on ball
At least. Maybe some more, i dont remember. Now its definitely sleep time!
Was sick/not eating(troubles at work/with host family) for 1,5week, so didnt have the energy to work out=why i havent been on here. Started again yesterday. Chest and triceps was my goal. But my shoulder was hurting pretty bad(dont want it to get worse again) so couldnt go through with it. Got a little done, with light weights, chest is a bit sore today.
Went for a run today, started off good, then had to stop and walk a little cus of pms pains. Helped a bit, but couldnt run again cause it was hurting. Sucky. Also, feels like i had the worst bing/cravings day ever, even tho i know i wasnt too bad, fuck pms, but probably because i have been eating really bad lately :( (because i didnt want food/hardly ate, so just ate whatever i wanted to get some energy).
Sorry for lots of complaining. Cant wait to get back home/out of here and start eating healthy 24/7 again! Filling up the kitchen with healthy food, lots of fruit and veggies, instead of crackers, chips and other unhealthy things. 2,5 more weeks now. And thats the time i have to look stunning-going to my mums bday party with lots of family(and all they care about is if youve lost/gained weight!)

So wednesday i was sick-slept more or less all day, just out of my bed to get food a couple times+bathroom.
Felt a little better thursday, so did my chest and triceps. Which hurt now :D

Today, friday, i did my legs-squats mostly, some other stuff and a couple planks with my legs on a yoga ball.+ pull downs for my back
